UK orders are shipped out within 3 days of ordering via Royal Mail.
UK orders with the value of over £14 automatically recieve tracking with the order through Royal Mail.
Order delivery times take roughly 2 - 4 working days.
My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
We do our best to avoid all damages. Should your candles arrived broken, please contact us within 14 days of reciept of your order and we'll replace or refund your order. Please take photos of all damages if this does happen.
My gel candle has arrived wonky.
Should you have a gel candle where the gel has moved during delivery. We advise leaving the gel candle upright for 24 hours to let the gel move back into place. If this hasn't solved your issue please get in touch with us.
My order may be lost or missing.
In the situation where an order may missing or lost. We ask our customers to wait two weeks after the inital delivery date. After this period if we cannot locate the parcel if your order has tracking. We will replace or refund your order. However we cannot accept any responsilibilty for delayed or lost orders caused by weather issues, political sanctions or issues caused by pandemics.
I changed my mind and want to return or exchange the product
If you have changed your mind about your order. Please contact us within 10 working days for returns or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for shipping products back to us within 30 days after initally contacting us about a return.
Condition of Returns
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For standard returns on all candle and wax melt products. We will not refund or let customers exchange products that have been used over 20% of the products initial weight.
The only exception is when a product has been defective or faulty.
